Registration for the 2010-2011 School year has started for current students. Please contact the school office for more information, by calling 718.653.2292.

Registration for NEW students will begin Thursday, March 4, 2010.

Please follow the application process for new students:

1) Print and fill out the application form. Please click here for to download the application form.

In addition to the completed application form:

2) Call the School office on 718.653.2292 and arrange an appointment.
At your appointment please bring the completed application form and the following supporting documents:

Your child's original birth certificate
Verification of address: Driver's license, Con-Ed bill
Your child's latest original report card and standardized test scores
Copy of IEP papers and all testing (if applicable)
$50 cash or money order (non-refundable application fee)

Please note that each child will be interviewed and/or given a placement test. Upon successful completion of the application process and accepted test results, we will contact you by phone. At that time, the office staff will provide the appropriate instructions.

Cardinal's Scholarship Program (CSP)
Cardinal's Scholarship Program has been providing low-income families with an option to the public school system. The amount of the scholarship is based on individual families' needs.

Applications are accepted from students entering Catholic school in grades K through 6 and the scholarship will follow the student through the 8th grade as long as the student remains eligible. The scholarship will pay up to 75% of the total tuition.
